I want to run my business from Jeffersons Business Centre - what do I need to do now?

  • Sign your personal Lease Agreement (minimum 3 months)
  • Set-up a Standing Order to cover the monthly rent
  • Collect your keys

Your monthly office rental also includes:


  • Building Insurance
  • Lighting and heating
  • WI-FI is available throughout the business centre as a back up
  • Use of our meeting room & tea & coffee
  • Weekly office cleaning
  • Telephone answering service during office hours if you are out of the building
  • Outgoing post Franked and charged to your individual account and taken by the receptionist to post box



To further reduce your set-up costs we have the following facilities available to tenants on a "Pay as you Go" basis:

  • Photocopier
  • Franking machine
  • Laminating equipment  
  • Binding

Set-up fees for offices:

One month refundable deposit required

£50 One-off Licence Fee applies

Minimum rental period - 3 months

VAT is not charged at present


Tenants are responsible for the installation and payment of their own telecoms service.
