I want to run my business from Jeffersons Business Centre - what do I need to do now?

- Set-up a Standing Order to cover the monthly rent
- Sign your personal Lease Agreement (minimum 3 months)
- Collect your keys
What do I get for my money?
Your monthly office rental also includes:

Lighting and storage heating
- Free WI-FI is available throughout the business centre as a back up
Free company listing on front of our building
Free use of our meeting room & tea & coffee
Weekly office cleaning
Free telephone answering service during office hours if you are out of the building
Your incoming post is date stamped and placed in your company pigeon hole
Outgoing post is Franked with an individual account for each client and taken to a post box for each day
To further reduce your set-up costs we have the following facilities available to tenants on a "Pay as you Go" basis:

VAT is not charged
Tenants are responsible for the installation and payment of their own telecoms service.
