Our town centre centre comprises 13 offices, reception area, meeting room, resources area and kitchenette. All offices are fully carpeted and freshly decorated. Some offices are furnished. A free Wi-Fi service is available throughout the building. 

 

Monthly rental includes:

 

  • Business Rates and Building Insurance (Business Rates currently under review by CDC) 
  • Lighting and heating
  • WI-FI
  • Use of our meeting room
  • Tea & coffee
  • Weekly office cleaning
  • Telephone answering service during office hours if you are out of the building (Extension needed to land line or a mobile)
  • Your incoming post date stamped and placed in your company pigeon hole
  • Outgoing post delivered to a post box for you each day

  • We provide confidential office support and virtual office services to a wide range of local and national businesses and organisations.

Mailing Address

 

We offer a mailing address service at £40.00 per month (lower price offered for paying bi-annually or annually) for people who require their business post delivered to our premises.  This is sorted daily and can be collected anytime between 9.00-5.00pm, Monday to Saturday or redirected at cost.
