Service Office Facilities
Our town centre centre comprises 13 offices, reception area, meeting room, resources area and kitchenette. All offices are fully carpeted and freshly decorated. Some offices are furnished. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
Monthly rental includes:
- Business Rates and Building Insurance (Business Rates currently under review by CDC)
- Lighting and heating
- Use of our meeting room
- Tea & coffee
- Weekly office cleaning
- Telephone answering service during office hours if you are out of the building
- Your incoming post date stamped and placed in your company pigeon hole
- Outgoing post you have will be delivered to the post office for you each day

We provide confidential office support and virtual office services to a wide range of local and national businesses and organisations.
Any work carried out on your behalf will be dealt with in the strictest confidence and in accordance with the Data Protection Act. (Registration No: Z8611842)
Mailbox/ Mailing Address
We offer a mailbox service at £40.00 per month (lower price offered for paying bi-annually or annually) for people who require their business post delivered to our premises and . This is sorted daily and can be collected anytime between 9.00-5.00pm, Monday to Saturday or redirected.
Telephone Answering Service
We offer a telephone answering service from £50.00 per month. Our receptionists will answer incoming calls (on a line supplied and maintained by yourselves). A very useful service for those businesses who are unable to answer calls throughout the day. Rather than being met with an answering machine, your customers calls are answered professionally with your company name and messages passed on to you as required.
A reduction is made if both mailing address and telephone answering services are required and if paid on a 6 month or annual basis.
